With my birthday less 30 days until my birthday, I want to do something to really give myself a boost and look my greatest, so this month we’ll be working on the little black dress challenge! This challenge will include many different types of exercises to get an all over benefit, and it will swap up each day, so we won’t get bored!
Lets get to it! Measurements I’m starting the month with:
Weight: 139 pounds
Upper Arm: 11.5”
I added a few measurements this month that I would really like to keep track of… You don’t have to do this, but it really helps you see your progress, especially when you don’t see the number on the scales changing!
I don’t have a specific goal, I just want to be trimmer and to look my best, so let’s get cracking!
Day 2: 20 jumping jacks, 10 burpees, 10 high knees
Day 3: 20 squats, 20 lunges, 20 bridges
Day 4: REST
Day 5: 40 second plank, 15 tricep dips, 20 mountain climbers
Day 6: 25 jumping jacks, 20 burpees, 20 high knees
Day 7: 25 bridges, 30 squats, 30 lunges
One very important thing that I want to remind everyone of is to drink PLENTY of water when you’re working out and throughout the day. Yes, your muscles burn from working out, but if you don’t drink enough water, you will be in a lot more unnecessary pain!
