30 Day Workout Challenge: Squats

If you’ve been a reader for a while, you know that I’ve always been on a fitness journey, and you probably know that having a baby is not going to change that for me. I will be starting a new 30 day workout challenge each month in an effort to get back into shape. Since I haven’t been given the official go ahead to start really working out yet, I’m starting small: with a 30 day squat challenge. I’ve done the 30 day squat challenge before and had amazing results, so I’m hoping for the same thing this time!

Since this is about accountability for me, and because I really want to see what kind of results I get, I’ll be posting my before and after measurements each month!

This month’s beginning measurements are:

  • Weight- 149 pounds
  • Bust- 39″
  • Waist- 35″
  • Hips- 42″
  • Thighs- 22″
